All regular, full time employees are eligible for Belnick benefits.
Employees who work a regularly scheduled 40 hours per week and have completed their 90-day orientation period, will have benefits such as holiday pay, accrued paid time off. Part-time, temporary employees and contracted staff are not eligible to receive benefits. Eligibility periods vary for each particular benefit.

Belnick is interested in the health and well-being of both you and your family. A comprehensive health insurance program is available for you and your family. Coverage is available after 60 days of employment, the first day of the following month. Currently, sixty- five percent of coverage for the employee is paid by Belnick and the employee pays for all his/her dependent coverage.
